Wheeler | Family Session

The Wheeler Family is truly one of the sweetest little families I know.  Through their quick wit and silly sarcasm, you can see the very deep love in their eyes that they have for their little girl, their big ole puppy and each other.  You can honestly feel their hearts smile at one another when their eyes lock. I'm looking forward to many many many more sessions with these guys and capturing each and every happy moment. 

 

Bella Turns FIVE!

Can you believe another year has gone by!? Me either! Seems like just the other day I was taking Bella's 6 month old photos....now she's FIVE! This year she wanted a pirate themed party and I must say, it was my favorite so far. Along with the pirate decor, she had a zillion different kinds of dessert, fun jewels, eye patches, pumpkin painting and the Razorbacks game going on the outside screen. So much fun!! I'm so blessed that I get to be a part of her fun every year. :)

 

nine point photography {pet photography} A Return to My Roots.

While I love capturing life's little moments {of your newborns and watching through my lens as your family grows over the years} my true passion is animals. I love to photograph them. Mine. Yours. And those that have yet to find forever homes. I love to snap the perfect shot of their joyful eyes as they retrieve their favorite toy, the shake of drool after a refreshing drink, the slobbery kiss to the cheek, even the relaxing nap on their comfy bed after a long day of play.

 
This is what brings joy to my heart. From playful pups, to large majestic horses, to the tiniest little hamster...every pet is an important part of your family, why not capture those memories too?

That is why I am going to focus my time and talents on my first love--- pet photography.  While I will continue to provide sessions for people too, they will be limited and most of my available sessions will be designated for pet/pets and their people.  I am really very excited about this "return to my roots" change and I hope you are as well!!

We had a fun little photo shoot with Bella today.  She is getting soooo beautiful!!  Her personality is really starting to shine in her photos and I love capturing her spirit.  I was going to only pick a couple of my favorites for this post, but I couldn't choose...they were all so good!! Merry Christmas!!

So, due to some scheduling conflicts, sickness and the holidays this Christmas session is a couple weeks late, but we still got it and they turned out soooo stinkin cute!!  I love these little kiddos!  Here's to a great 2015 and I'm looking forward to a lot more sessions to come!

Tulgetske Family Session

Even though the summer sun and warm temperatures are fading away, we can all look forward to the beautiful fall colors.  I love this time of year for family photos....I think everyone looks so happy with autumn colors surrounding them and a warm glow of golden sun on their skin.  This past weekend I was fortunate enough to meet the Tulgetske family at their lovely home for their family session and even though it's early in the season, the colors were out just enough to make this shoot perfect. Here are just a few sneak peeks.... They were so much fun!

Kingston's 1 Year Old Photo Shoot

Now that the party has come and gone, and we've caught our breath from all the fun and festivities, we were able to sit little Kingston down (literally) for his 1 year old photo shoot.  It really doesn't get much cuter than this....
